7.1 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical problem or server outage, tp555 reserves the right to void the result of that round and return the bet. The platform also reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout or balance displayed due to a technical error.

Members at each VIP tier receive cashback on their net weekly losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold and up to 1.2% at Platinum. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

9.2 Tier Changes

VIP tiers are reviewed regularly in accordance with set rules. tp555 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

tp555 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to submit documents required for verification
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
• Receipt of information about the account holder's death
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
